Rob Leonard
Co–Founder and President
Rob Leonard is the Co-founder and President of Verge Construction. He oversees business development, strategy and operations. With over 20 years of experience in residential real estate, Rob has developed a deep understanding of construction, pricing, value engineering, design and quality control necessary to deliver the highest caliber homes on time and on budget. During his career, Rob has overseen the construction of hundreds of multifamily residences as well as many single family homes, while maintaining strong relationships with both developers and owners. Rob is a graduate of Texas Tech University.
Lee Allen
Co–Founder and Principal
Lee Allen is the Co-founder and Principal of Verge Construction. Lee has over a decade of real estate experience and his responsibilities include finance management and business development, which includes sourcing and fostering equity and debit capital relationships. Lee has a passion for taking conceptual ideas to a finished product that meets the clients’ needs both practically, financially, and aesthetically. Lee is a graduate of SMU, and received his MBA from the SMU Cox School of Business.
Stan Manley

PROJECT MANAGER
Deborah acts as the liason between the client and superintendent to ensure that thoughtful decisions are being made in a timely manner throughout the process. Her close personal attention to detail ensures that our clients’ home building experience is enjoyable and the final product exceeds their expectations. Additionally, Deborah handles the marketing efforts for Creekview as well as charity and special events. When not working, Deborah enjoys playing tennis and spending time with her family.
Devin Wells
Estimator
Devin Wells, a native of North Central Arkansas, has over eight years of experience in the construction industry. He began his career in contractor sales at his family’s lumber yard, where he gained vast knowledge of all types of construction materials as well as their applications. He later moved to the DFW area and furthered his experience as a Manufacturer’s Representative for nine major product lines, covering North Texas and Oklahoma. As the Estimator for Verge Construction, Devin’s responsibilities include budgeting, estimating, change orders, rfi’s, and assistance with submittals as well as verifying material selections with the owners/developer. Devin is proficient in Procore, the leading construction management tool on the market, which helps give Verge Construction a competitive edge in the market.
